Because sometimes, even handmade things are not quite perfect.

You have received your Couch and Chase garment, and you are not 100% satisfied with it.

Every Couch and Chase garment is handmade with care, but very occasionally something is just not right- and on a particularly busy day, the wrong garment may have found its way into your parcel!

My return or refund policy is aimed at genuinely faulty garments, rather than a try-on and test. If your garment is deemed faulty, I will ask you to return it in its original and clean condition, and a refund or exchange will be made.

Your garment is a bespoke size or design and has been made to your measurements, unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund or replacement. If the measurements you have provided are incorrect, in some circumstances, I may be able to adjust your garment (this will incur a cost). 

Contact me via the contact form explaining why you are not happy and I will endeavor to resolve any issues you have.

My absolute goal is for you and your best friend to be happy and satisfied with the Couch and Chase garment and experience. So much so that the aim is that you become a repeat customer. I am always happy to take your comments and suggestions on board.
