The quality of material, style, and fit are exceptional. We are lucky to own seven jumpsuits, a hybrid jumper, snoods, and two pitta blankets from Couch & Chase. From initial enquiry through to receiving our gorgeous items, I found the highest level of customer service. There is nothing too much trouble for Jane. Eze is teeny tiny and a cross breed, so she is not a standard size. This has not been a problem at all. Everything is made to measure and fit her so perfectly well.

Clothing is robust, everything has washed very well, and still looks like new.

One of the best companies I have delt with for a very long time, Jane is honestly the best and you really do get that personal touch when ordering. Supporting small businesses is great and the bespoke goods she produces really are second to none, you really can tell by the quality of of the products that a lot of love time and effort go into making each and every item. By measuring your fury friend using the easy to follow measuring guide you can be sure to get the perfect fit every time unlike mass produced pet shop items. I have Neck Wear, Warm Jumpers and the amazing Hybrid Warm Jumpers (perfect for them cold wet walks). The fit is absolutely perfect and the covered chest area means your best friend stays warm, dry, and reasonably clean. unlike shop bought products that have have an open chest and Velcro fasteners at that front that used to rub my lurchers front legs. The easy to follow wash and care instructions that come with couch and chase products are also great but for idiots like me Jane is always just a message away and is very quick at responding and extremely helpful with any queries you may have. I can’t recommend this company enough and get so many comments on the coats on posts I put on social media and whilst out on walks. I have never once hesitated in telling people where can buy one knowing they would also be very happy with any items purchased. So if you are looking for great bespoke items of clothing for your best friends and are on the fence please be assured that they are money well spend and I don’t think you ever look back.

I discovered CouchandChase on Instagram and saw Jane's colourful fleeces — perfect for our new puppy Maya. We chose coral fleece with brown trim, and Jane even made it between sizes so Maya could grow into it. Months later, it still fits great!

Jane also included a surprise Valentine's snood and a little dog treat — so lovely! Since then, we've ordered more jumpers and love the fabric, colours, and mix-and-match options.
